Groundwater Quality Is Relatively Poor in Hebei’s Coastal Plains
Hebei Bureau of Land and Resources issued 2007 bulletin of geo-environmental situation of Hebei Province recently. The bulletin shows that the general law of regional groundwater quality in Hebei Province was as followings: groundwater quality was relatively good in the mountainous area and the piedmont plains; but groundwater quality was poor in the coastal plains and moderate in the middle plains; the quality of deep groundwater was mostly better than shallow groundwater.
